Junior Consultant

Nordic Alliance is looking for a Danish-speaking Junior Consultant to join our Copenhagen office part-time from June 2026.
Are you wrapping up your Bachelor’s or starting your Master’s in 2026? Curious about consulting but also drawn to the energy of a start-up? At Nordic Alliance, you don’t have to choose — we offer both.
The Role
  • Title: Junior Consultant
  • Location: Copenhagen (Rahbeks Allé 21)
  • Preferred Start: June 2026
  • Salary: Competitive + quarterly performance bonus
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Junior Consultant to join us part-time (estimated 15-20 hours per week) in our Copenhagen office from June 2026 onwards to help us grow our business.

You should be:

  • Entrepreneurial. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are a creative problem solver. You want to make a change. If you don't know how, you'll figure it out with curiosity and creativity.
  • A high performer. Whether it shows through good grades, projects you've done, sports or something else.
  • Comfortable in uncertainty. Anything can happen in a start-up – this is something that drives and excites you.
  • Tech savvy. You are comfortable working with digital tools and enjoy applying technology to solve problems.
  • Interested in becoming a consultant. You are curious about the consulting industry and want to build your consulting toolbox.
  • Finalizing your Bachelor's degree or starting your Master's degree in Copenhagen (preferably in a business-related context).
  • Proficient in Danish and English. You communicate confidently in both written and spoken Danish and English.
What will you do?

You will have a lot of typical consulting tasks on your plate – but just like in any start-up, the tasks will be varied, giving you the opportunity to explore and learn about many different things – some examples are listed below:

  • Conducting research and market analyses to inform client recommendations on our ongoing projects
  • Developing materials for our clients (e.g. strategic PowerPoint presentations, Excel business case models, etc.) to support decision-making
  • Building proposals for new projects
  • Helping develop our AI and tech capabilities as well as contributing to building out Nordic Ventures – our inhouse incubator for tech ideas
  • Driving our social events agenda
  • And much more...
What can we offer?

At Nordic Alliance we are in the process of building an AI-native challenger consultancy that plays at the intersection of strategy and technology. Our unique position gives you the opportunity to be part of building a consultancy from the ground up, while also developing and sharpening your consulting toolbox through the many cool projects we are already involved in. We can promise you the following:

  • Fast-paced learning environment, where you'll probably be in over your head (but we'll be there to keep you afloat)
  • Opportunity to take part in building an AI-native consulting firm – and be part of a great team
  • Part-time position that is flexible, allowing you to focus on your studies
  • Competitive compensation, where in addition to your salary you are also a part of our performance-linked quarterly bonus scheme that directly rewards your contributions
  • Opportunity to be hired full-time after you finish your studies
How to apply?

If you are interested in this role, please apply by sending your CV and a brief Cover Letter (max 1/2 page) explaining your fit and motivation to join Nordic Alliance to jakub@nordic-alliance.com
